Return Policy

We accept returns only if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. All other sales are final. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at hello@slodays.store within 7 days. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. In these cases, return shipping is covered by us.


Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If your item qualifies under our return policy, you may return it and place a new order separately.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times by your bank or card provider may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@slodays.store.
