Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila)
Available through Lalamove or Grab for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer and will be arranged after checkout. -
Philippines (Standard Delivery)
Nationwide delivery via courier, usually 2–5 business days depending on location. -
International Orders
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or addresses with incomplete information. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@slodays.store and we will assist you in filing a claim.
